Hand-rolled quills of genuine Ceylon cinnamon, formed from thin, layered inner bark that is light brown, brittle and mildly sweet. The whole sticks suit mulled drinks, simmered curries, syrups and infusions, and serve as a recognisable garnish in food-service. Offered in bulk and graded lengths for spice packers and private label.
