Co-Processing

Raw Ceylon produce, finished to your spec

Use our processing capacity to turn raw Ceylon produce into your finished specification. You send the requirement, or the raw material, and we clean, cut, mill, dry and quality-check it to the spec your product needs, from a certified facility.

Cleaning, cutting and milling

Raw produce is cleaned, sized and milled to the cut and particle size your specification calls for.

Drying and dehydration

Controlled drying and dehydration to the moisture and water-activity targets your product needs.

Quality-controlled facility

Processing runs in a certified facility, with the batch checks that let the output be trusted.

Spec-driven output

You define the specification and every batch is processed and checked against it, with a certificate of analysis.

Why us

Why Co-Processing with Silk Route Ventures

A certified facility does the work

Processing runs under BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP, so the output clears the bar a buyer audit sets.

Single-origin, or your material

We process our own directly-sourced Ceylon produce, or your supplied raw material, to the same spec discipline.

Every batch against the spec

Output is checked against your specification and leaves with a batch certificate of analysis, not a general assurance.

One partner, raw to finished

Sourcing, processing and the export documents come from the same place, so there is one point of contact.
