Creamed Coconut from selected, fully mature Sri Lankan coconuts (Cocos nucifera) sourced through our direct-trade smallholder grower network, and made in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP / GMP-certified facility with no preservatives, colours or flavours. Supplied as a smooth solid block.
Intended use: Curries, sauces, desserts, bakery and functional-food applications.
