Coconut Sugar from the nectar of Sri Lankan Cocos nucifera, sourced through our direct-trade smallholder grower network and made in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP / GMP-certified facility with no preservatives, colours or flavours. An unrefined, low-processing natural sweetener.
Intended use: Bakery, beverage, confectionery and culinary applications as a natural sweetener.
